The medical injection molding mouth tube testing machine is divided into four units: feeding unit, testing unit, defective product removal unit, discharge unit. According to the production instructions and production process, the mouth- tube fittings produced by the injection molding process are put into the automatic sorting machine oscillator, and fed by the sorting machine to the visual inspection station for photo comparison. Products that do not meet the process requirements are removed, and qualified products are blown and washed before being transported to the packaging bag. Qualified mouth-tubes are transported to the negative ion air blowing station to remove foreign objects and static electricity from the outside of the product. Qualified products are directly weighed and bagged for packaging.
